IDLY:
First bring AANNAJI batter to room temperature, Add salt and mix well, Keep this mixture aside for 15 min, Grease the idly  moulds water in the large vessel as per water level and heat it. Keep idly tray into the vessel and steam for 10-15 min, Check the idly by poking a clean knife, If it comes out clean they are done, Serve hot with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.

DOSA:
First bring AANNAJI batter to room temperature, Add 130 ml water to it, Add salt, Mix well and keep this mixture aside for 5 mins, Heat the pan, make sure that the pan is not over heated, Put few drops of cooking oil  on pan and spread it by using half cut onion, Sprinkle some salt on it, spread one small cup of batter on the centre of the heated pan  and spread the batteruniformly to make round shape, Now heat on flame. Apply oil on it and heat till it get golden brown, flip and remove dosa from pan, Serve crispy hot Dosa’s with masala aloo, Hot sambhar and coconut chutney for taste, You can also put a piece of butter on Dosa’s to make it more delicious.

UTTAPAM:
First bring AANNAJI batter to room temperature, Add 100 ml water to it, Add salt, Mix well and keep this mixture aside for 5 mins, Heat Pan and spread little oil on it and pour some batter on the centre of pan and spread it uniformly to form thick uttapam, sprinkle chopped onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves on it by your choice, Spread some drop of oil on it , Heat on flame And heat it till get golden brown and turn the uttapam upside down and cook on the other side of a
minute and serve hot uttapam with coconut green chutney.
