Prior to using the batter, wash the pack.

Cut the packet & pour into a bowl .

Add salt according to your test add choping coriender, green chilly, fresh gratted coconut accourding to your test & mix it well.

Drop the bread in the hot oil by making a round shape with your thumb, Wait till meduvada turns brown & crispy

Your Meduvad is ready for serve

Serve hot with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.

AANNAJI Meduvada Batter:- Refrigerate at -0 to -10°C. Bring the batter to room temperature before using it.
